Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly!

Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Local Pickup
If you’re nearby, we offer free in-store pickup at The Everyday Rose. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly. Of course, we’re always happy to assist where we can!

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
